NEWS FROM THE COUNCILS

Isle of Wight Council (411):- (Continued) A successful Quiz Night was held at Shanklin on Friday, Sept 11th. A KSC Family Lunch has been planned for Sunday, October 11th, at the Holmwood, Gurnard. The Grand Knight attended a Mass at Portsmouth Cathedral during the visit of the Relics of St Theresa.   Gosport Council (499): Bother Eddy Watson writes:- The Council welcomed Bro Jock Gowans at an Initiation Ceremony at the September meeting. The Council also welcomed back Bro David Cunningham after his year teaching English in China. Brothers had the privilege of acting as Stewards at the visit of St Therese's Relics to Portsmouth Cathedral. It was a truly moving experience. Bros Lyndon Strong and Chris Forde will be put forward for elevation to full Knighthood in November. Christmas posters have been ordered.
